Mental health matters every day. That is why we’re focusing on suicide prevention—raising awareness, reducing stigma, and reminding everyone that help and hope are always available. Reaching out can save lives, including your own. Remember, if you see something, say something! April was an action-packed month of awareness and advocacy, and May is trending even greater!

CADE’S LAW IS SIGNED BY GOVERNOR KATIE HOBBS

On May 1st, Megan Keller and Brian Cooper stood at the Arizona Capitol alongside Governor Katie Hobbs for the ceremonial signing of Cade’s Law, marking a defining moment in their mission to protect children and bring accountability to social media platforms.

Cade’s Law was born out of personal loss but driven forward with purpose. What started as a family’s fight for answers has now become law in the state of Arizona, setting a precedent for stronger protections for minors online. The signing was not just symbolic. It represented months of relentless effort, testimony, and advocacy to ensure other families do not face the same tragedy, that was spearheaded by Arizona Representative Pamela Carter.

Through the Cade Keller Fund, Megan and Brian have taken that mission far beyond legislation. Their work continues to focus on suicide awareness and prevention, pushing a simple but powerful message: If you see something, say something. That message is being carried into schools, communities, and events across the country.

While this milestone took place in Arizona, the impact is not confined to one state. Their efforts are part of a growing national movement to demand accountability, raise awareness, and create real change in how we respond to warning signs. The goal is clear. Save lives by making people pay attention and take action.

The journey does not stop here. With continued outreach, partnerships, and events like Cade’s Day Coronado, the Cade Keller Fund is expanding its reach and building momentum nationwide. What happened at the Capitol on May 1st was a major step forward, but it is also a call to keep pushing.

Because this mission is bigger than one law, one state, or one day. If you would like to learn more, get involved , or contribute, visit www.seeandsay.live.

CADE’S DAY OHSO WAS INCREDIBLE

SCAN HERE FOR CADE’S DAY OHSO

CADE’S DAY OHSO was a beautiful afternoon of community, camaraderie, connection, and conversations! Most importantly, it was to celebrate Cade’s birthday, which he is 21 this year. We were thrilled to have Representative Pamela Carter kick off the tournament, as well as the warm welcome to all! OHSO was packed with the community, including fur babies. There was huge hype for the phenomenal prize drawings from our friends at Home Depot, Aviator Nation, The Arizona Biltmore, URT, Fox Restaurant Concepts, The Hotel Del Coronado, and our NASCAR Driver, Daniel Dye! The signature drawing was won by Seattle resident Sue Anderson and Phoenix Resident, Liz Nehl! The two are sure to have a five-star lifetime experience as they experience NASCAR CORONADO in June! Live music from Matt Thorton and Vinyl Station, was stellar, and enjoyed by all! Cornhole Therapy hosted the cornhole tournament, which was with a record turnout of players and fans!

March 17, 2026 marked the ribbon cutting for the new Welding School at Mesa Community College, where Cade was attending. At over 30,000 square feet, this will undoubtedly be one of the premier Welding facilities in the nation. What makes this state of the art, is that it will not only include all Welding certifications, but it will serve the whole Welder and their wellness. The program is designed to include Welding certifications, mental health services, food support for those with food scarcity, clothing closet for interviews or work, a gear closet including hoods, jackets, jeans, boots etc., and a robust resource center including financial planning, learning workshops, and more! We were so grateful to have such a strong representation from our Coronado community, including Mayor John Duncan, as well as our Representative Pamela Carter.

WORKSHOPS FOR WARRIORS GALA ON THE MIDWAY

April 25th was an incredibly special evening in San Diego, aboard the legendary USS MIDWAY. An elegant evening of dancing, live entertainment, a delectable dinner, and a thrilling auction with stunning views of downtown San Diego was enjoyed by all. We were deeply honored to be recognized with the CHAMPION AWARD for the support CADE’S DAY contributes to award scholarships to Welding students through the Cade’s Day Coronado events. To date, we are proud to have four recipients, two of which were present on stage. Workshops for Warriors (www.wfw.org) provides nationally recognized Welding certifications to enable veterans, transitioning service members, and other students to be successfully trained and placed in their chosen advanced manufacturing career field. We were honored and grateful to have Mayor John Duncan, Councilman Mark Fleming, Barry Chasse, and our Cade’s Day support team as our special guests.
