Turning AwarenessInto Action.

See & Say transforms the legacy of Cade Keller into meaningful action through suicide prevention education, scholarships, workforce development, community partnerships, and events that inspire people to look out for one another. Everything we do is driven by one simple belief: If You See Something, Say Something.

Creating Hope. Building Opportunity.
Changing Lives.

Suicide prevention is at the heart of our mission—but creating meaningful change means doing more than raising awareness. It means giving people the confidence to recognize the warning signs and speak up. It means creating opportunities for students to build meaningful futures. It means supporting veterans as they discover purpose beyond military service. And it means bringing communities together around a shared belief that looking out for one another can save lives. Through education, scholarships, partnerships, advocacy, and community outreach, See & Say turns awareness into action.

Suicide Prevention & QPR Training

Giving People the Confidence to Speak Up.

Through Question. Persuade. Refer. (QPR) suicide prevention training, See & Say helps equip everyday people with the skills to recognize warning signs, start difficult conversations, and connect someone who may be struggling with help.

Helping Veterans Build What Comes Next.

The Center of Excellence

Building a Better Future for Welding Education.

The vision for the Center of Excellence goes beyond workforce development. It represents an opportunity to expand welding education, meet the growing need for skilled professionals, and create an environment where suicide prevention and looking out for one another become part of the culture. The message is simple: Lift up your hood. Look after one another. If you see something, say something.

1 mission

IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING.

Creating Change That CanSave Lives.

Cade’s legacy is creating change far beyond the programs and communities reached by See & Say. Cade’s Law represents an important step forward in suicide prevention by helping ensure more people are equipped with the knowledge and resources to recognize warning signs, respond when someone may be struggling, and connect them with help. Through advocacy, collaboration, and a commitment to meaningful change, See & Say is helping turn one family’s experience into action that has the potential to impact lives for generations to come. Because lasting change happens when awareness becomes action—and when people are empowered to speak up. If You See Something, Say Something.

Our Work Is Just Getting Started.

The impact See & Say is making today is only the beginning. As the need for skilled professionals continues to grow, so does the opportunity to expand education, workforce development, and suicide prevention awareness. The vision for the future includes creating more opportunities for students, expanding community partnerships, reaching more people through suicide prevention education, and supporting the continued growth of welding education. At the heart of that vision is the Center of Excellence—a larger, purpose-driven facility designed to expand access to welding education while creating a culture where students and professionals are encouraged to look out for one another. Because building stronger communities isn’t just about creating careers. It’s about creating connection, purpose, and hope.
